"Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, The HR Director, is responsible for designing and implementing HR policies and programs and managing all aspects of employee relations and development in a fast paced, global, rapid growth environment. The Director of HR will manage the recruiting process and implement programs to both attract and retain talent critical to scaling the business. Additionally, the Director of HR will work with senior management and employees to foster an open and collaborative culture whereby employees are held accountable and are truly valued as a key asset within the company. The Director of HR role will be viewed as the subject matter expert for all HR related matters. We are looking for a talented, driven individual to join a fascinating team in its growth mode. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement HR policies and programs as required by the business and compliant with applicable laws • Develop employee oriented company culture emphasizing high performance, accountability and constant employee development in line with company objectives • Develop initiatives and support the growth of the HR organization in international locations of the company. • Insure accuracy of all job descriptions across all company employees • Develop and managing employee orientation and training program for constant staff development on HR policies and company mission and vision • Manage recruiting and staffing process for the company. • Maintain employee performance management, identify opportunities for improvement and review with department leads • Administration of employee benefits and compensation packages • Lead initiative to align overall compensation structure (salary and benefits) with benchmarks in the industry to be able to attract and retain talent. • Maintain compliance of all employee policies and regulations based on State and Federal requirements • Provide companywide communication and manage company events and activities • Manage outside consulting services and insure employee safety, health and happiness • Develop and monitor annual department budget which includes employee recognition programs, activities and benefits • Consult with legal advisers and outside counsels on HR related complex matters • Review, guide and approve management recommendations on employee hiring and terminations • Lead implementation and development of HR software systems • Develop and manage programs and activities to help align company staff with company goals and objectives • participate in management meetings and activities as required Desired Skills & Experience Required Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years' experience of HR management and leadership in a technology company, preferable in a software company. • Past experience in building an HR department. • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related concentration • Strong written, oral communication, coaching and presentation skills • Serve as successful participant of Sr. Management team, provide leadership and direction • Excellent computer skills, strong knowledge of Word, Excel, experience with various HR and ERP systems • Strong project management, time management, problem solving and leadership skills • Experience of working in a fast growing company, manage and architect change • Experience expanding international operations • Ability to develop strong relationships with senior management and company employees • Ability to develop HR policies and implement systems based on business requirements and company objectives • Experience of implementing policies and systems to manage out of state and international employees Please send CV and a cover letter to "

"A well established, international financial company is looking for a VP of Information Security. The VP reports to the CIO for all IT Services and IT Operations. In addition, he or she has a reporting relationship to the Head of International Information Security Group. Resposibilities:  Implements comprehensive Policies, Procedures and Guidelines, that conform to the goals and objectives established by the management and by regulatory laws such as the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act §501(b).  Updates the Information Security Program to reflect the results of its ongoing Information Security Risk Assessment and the key controls necessary to safeguard customer information and ensure the proper disposal of customer information. The VP should adjust the security program to take into account changes in technology, the sensitivity of its customer information, internal or external threats to information, and the institution's own changing business arrangement such as mergers, acquisitions, alliances and joint ventures, outsourcing arrangements, and changes in customer information systems.  Ensures that procedures relating to customer information system modifications are consistent with the Information Security Program;  Ensures that procedures contain segregation of duties and appropriate control points, to safeguard customer information.  Monitors access controls on customer information systems, including controls to authenticate and permit access only to authorized individuals and controls to prevent employees from providing customer information intentionally or unintentionally to unauthorized individuals and to detect actual and attempted attacks or intrusions.  Builds access roles in applications based on directives from the Data Custodians, including best security practices and employs access restrictions at physical locations containing customer information, such as: the building / facility access, Data Center facility, Money transfer area, Legal, etc.  Coordinate response programs that specify actions to be taken when the company suspects or detects that unauthorized individuals have gained access to customer information, including appropriate reports to regulatory and law enforcement agencies.  Ensures that measures are implemented to protect against destruction, loss, or damage of customer information due to potential environmental hazards, such as fire and water damage or technological failures;  Serves as Chairman of the Disaster Recovery Committee; Manage/coordinates the IT Department Business Resumption Plan and ensures that it complies with company's policy, standards and business owner's requirements; Assists with the development of the overall Business Resumption Plan.  Serves as Central coordinator for Logical Access Security function for the issuance of user ID's and passwords. Performs daily maintenance of system users and serves as system administrator for all other on-line systems requiring user registration.  Recommends methodology to be used to enforce standards, policies and procedures.  Interfaces with the company's internal and external audit group, FDIC annual reviews, FRB reviews, and SBD audits. This includes responding to audits as well as assisting IT management with their audit response. Requirements and Qualifications:  Bachelors Degree in related field.  5+ years experience in information securities capacity or in a information security management position  Previous financial services experience.  Experienced with the following technologies: Mainframe (must), Open systems, MS, SQL, VMWare, Cisco, Checkpoint, RSA, Sophos, Fraud detection, ID Theft, Internet Banking security, etc.  Experience in the following software: Checkpoint, Operating systems, Tivoli, Tripwire, Mcfee, etc.  Certification(s) such as CISSP, CISM, CIA, CRISK, etc. Please send CV and a cover letter to "
