"The online media expert we seek should have a proven track record of success to be responsible for day-to-day management of the digital display advertising initiatives that achieve our targets and objectives. The Online Media Manager will work closely with cross-functional groups, including search, social media, lead aggregators, content strategy, Web development, mobile, brand, analytics and more to help identify, facilitate and execute brand and direct response display initiatives. The Online Media Manager will work closely with Marketing Managers, agencies, and other internal/external parties. Responsibilities and Duties: -Serve as the primary media expert for display, including brand and direct response media, driving strategy and execution -Create, execute (negotiate, buy) and manage online Media strategies and programs (CPL, CPM, CPC, CPA, custom) to maximize the performance and profitability across our acquisition plan -Analyze multiple sources of external and internal data (demographics, psychographics, media consumption, user profiles, reach and frequency, competitive analysis, attribution models) to assist in planning and buying decisions -Perform campaign analysis directly relevant to creative and media optimization -Lead adoption of ad exchanges, DSPs and DMPs -Manage the annual operating and quarterly plan for display media -Partner with the Paid Search Planner to ensure that online media efforts work in tandem with each other and other channels -Partner with the Display and Search Media Manager in providing budget recommendations and forecasts -Oversee banner and landing page creative implementation and testing across online media buy -Partner with brand team to ensure brand consistency and media efficacy -Monitors media for placement and time discrepancies and negotiates credit or billing adjustments when necessary Qualifications: The Online Media Manager will be focused on media and communications strategy and execution through display media for prospect acquisition and conversion. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of online media strategies and techniques with a specific focus around blending brand and direct response display advertising to generate revenue. The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of interactive marketing principles and procedures, strong attention to detail, strong knowledge of current trends in the online media space, including the evolution of the ad exchange marketplace. -Bachelors Degree required or commensurate experience; MBA preferred. -Three or more years marketing experience; 2+ years plus years of Online Display/Banner Advertising experience, including at least one year of ad exchange and DSP experience -Experience with both brand and direct response campaigns required -Experience with attribution modeling preferred -Experience with mobile preferred -Experience with web analytics, multivariate testing platforms, and ad servers (DART) preferred -Strong execution skills, along with solid management and planning abilities -Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Strong relationship building skills, ability to work across the organization and a team environment -Outstanding written and verbal communication skills - Demonstrably proficient with a proven track record in: 1.
