Involves teaching customers trading strategies and market indicators, while writing daily market reviews and updating online content, and giving one-on-one training sessions with clients over the phone. Customer support experience and a teaching background is a plus. A technical and fundamental understanding of the financial industry is also a plus. The work is full time Monday-Friday, working in shifts. Must be fluent in English.
4. Customer Support Agents for English speakers
Must have prior administrative or customer support experience. Must have English as a mother-tongue, and excellent reading and writing in English as well. Full time position Monday-Friday working shifts. Must have a deep understanding of computers and the internet.
