IsraelExperts, a leading company in the field of educational tourism, and a leading Taglit-Birthright Israel operator, located in the Yavne Technological Park, is looking to hire a REGISTRATION AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER for its Taglit-Birthright Israel Office. The successful candidate must possess extremely strong organizational skills and strong Customer Service orientation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Recruitment, training and management of customer support staff
• Managing all registration processes for participants according to established protocols
• Multiple level Data Management
• Liaising with multiple organizations including Taglit - Birthright Israel
• Regular reporting of registration status and forecasting need.
• Determining applicants eligibility
• Being a leader in proper customer support, motivation and overall positive morale.
Requirements:
• English at mother-tongue level with the ability to write articulately.
• Friendly and enthusiastic!
• Excellent interpersonal relations and customer support skills.
• Experience working with American Jewish Community
• Incredibly organized
• Ability to multi task
• Experience supervising teams
• Ability to work well both independently and as team
• Excellent computer skills- familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Access to a vehicle is a plus.
Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 16:00-24:00.
