The IT Help desk support is responsible for providing technical and troubleshooting assistance related to computer hardware and software to 300 employees in Israel and abroad.
You will be responsible for internal end user support: administration of the company's PCs, printers, servers, and related equipment, performing maintenance, upgrades, backups and configurations.
Requirements:
• Professional course in the field of networks such as MCITP, MSCA – Must
• Experience in PC software installations – MS Office, Computer images, Anti-Virus, Acronis, Format, File system etc.
• Knowledge and ability to support a wide range of Microsoft products (Active Directory, Exchange)
• 1-2 years of experience in providing help desk support –an Advantage
• Customer service orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hebrew)
• Enthusiastic, creative, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic
• Proactive; able to work independently; goal-oriented
